◗ Examples of previous workshops/presentations have been:

  • How to build resilience

  • How to be more assertive and set healthy boundaries in relationship

  • What is trauma and how it affects us

  • A 4-module stress management programme (each module is 2 hours long and includes the top evidence-based tools based on the latest CBT research)

My love and support for our community extends outside of the therapy office. I welcome opportunities to engage with folks through public events, workshops, or presentations. 

I can offer these remotely or face to face (in London).
